Preparing For Your Session

  • Do not book during a M*nstruation cycle. Before or after your cycle is best. 

  • Empty Stomach preferred, usually 3 hours after your last meal.

  • Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol before your session

  • Warm comfortable clothes to retain heat from your session
