SACRED OLLA

Traditional and Cultural Healing

Sacred Olla’s traditional and cultural healing offerings are grounded in Indigenous knowledge, community practices, and gentle, relational care. We meet each person with respect, consent, and a commitment to honoring cultural traditions without replicating or appropriating practices that belong to specific tribes.
Honoring lineage, story, and the ways our communities have always cared for one another.

Sacred Olla’s traditional and cultural healing offerings are grounded in Indigenous knowledge, community practices, and gentle, relational care. These sessions are not clinical treatments — they are spaces for connection, restoration, and remembering the teachings that support the body, spirit, and emotional wellbeing.

We meet each person with respect, consent, and a commitment to honoring cultural traditions.

What This Work Supports

People come to cultural healing sessions when they are navigating:

  • Grief, transition, or identity shifts
  • Postpartum experiences
  • Reproductive journeys or loss
  • Disconnection from body or belonging
  • Stress, overwhelm, or spiritual fatigue
  • Desire for grounding and clarity
  • Reconnecting with ancestral knowledge

These sessions help bring the body and spirit back into alignment.

What May Be Included

Because every individual’s path is different, sessions are shaped around your needs and may include:

  • Grounding practices and guided reflection

Nothing is forced or predetermined. All elements are optional and consent-led.

Our Approach

Sacred Olla’s cultural healing is rooted in:

Indigenous Knowledge

Teachings informed by the practitioner’s own lineage and lived experience.

Respect for Community Traditions

Acknowledging that every tribal nation has distinct practices — we honor that diversity and do not universalize Indigenous culture.

Trauma-Informed, Queer- and Two-Spirit–Affirming Care

A place where all bodies and identities are welcomed without judgment.

Slow, Intentional Care

Healing that allows space for rest, breath, and clarity.
