Sacred Olla’s mission is to cultivate healthy individuals, families and community. Our classes and platicas are safe spaces, designed to support and address your specific sexual and reproductive health needs, questions and concerns. We acknowledge the memory of wellness is within each of us, we are simply here to ReMember our healthier selves. Sacred Olla provides abdominal/pelvic/womb massage, Rebozo work, childbirth education, full spectrum birth care, placenta encapsulation and more.

Sacred Olla is powered by Liz Ordaz, providing community health care for over 15 years. Trained in both traditional and western healing practices, she has had the honor of learning from many traditional healers, educators and peers throughout the continent.
